Nate Bargatze New York Concert reviews
Mau5 in the house
Afrojack was sick and Nate Bargatze was even better. Unfortunately, A-Trak ended up performing Saturday, and I went Friday night hoping to see him as well. My friends and I were a bit disappointed to find ourselves heading to coat check at 2:30, as the mau5 only played until 2 AM after tearing it up Thursday night until about 4:30 AM.
In the future, I'd like to see about 75 fewer people at this event. We ended up moving to the back by the sound dudes in order to get our groove on, as it was extremely crowded and hot. A girl's gotta dance, man!
Overall, this was an unforgettable night. Good tunes, a good light show, good costumes, and good jams. The dubstep at the end was awesome, with the music so loud I could feel it reverberate throughout my whole body. 'Nuff said, good stuff.
(This event does not compare to Electric Zoo, as there is something about being outside that concerts indoors can't capture.)
